Adjunto la traducción de paypal al español.
hay algun error en el código que afecta a las traducciones (o eso creo):
A - creo que se ha de cambiar donde pone \' por solo ' ya que el poedit no lo pilla.
en user_menu.php

en conf.php
2 - API payments give you more control over the payment process, it\'s required for digital goods & micropayments (Note: Not all countries are allowed to have digital goods & micropayments processes). On the other side standard payments are simple, less customizable but works everywhere.

B - creo que se han de cambiar las comillas dobles por simples
en conf.php

En el .po he considerado que los cambios sugeridos se han efectuado en el código y entonces todo se traduce.
También añado la traducción del correo que se graba en el fichero t_page_description.
Otro asunto:
Al enviar el correo se debería de controlar si se envía todo, la primera parte (anuncios normales pagando), o la segunda parte (anuncios premium) ya que no siempre aplica recibir todo.
En mi caso que dejo que pongan anuncios gratis cuando reciben el correo diciendo que han de pagar para que los demás vean su anuncio causa confusión.
Por ahora he optado por suprimir la primera parte del correo en el registro t_page_description.
Espero no haber cometidos muchos errores al traducir o haberme dejado algún literal.
