Although it sounds like this will be a feature built-in to OSClass sometime in the future, I can work on a plugin that you can use for now that will upload and display a user profile picture. I've been working on the actual image upload script already. It shouldn't take me more than a day or two to get it done. I'll keep this as minimal as possible.
