Facebook auto post script as ad place

how can i use the process here to extend to automaticly post a new advert to facebook if anyone can help please

I have attached a screenshot of a similar site doing the same on facebook... there profile is at http://www.facebook.com/stuff4hull?ref=ts&sk=wall if that helps you see what i mean...

As when a user posts an ad to www.stuff4hull.com that is the automaticly posted to his facebook page I know about twitter feed etc... but i think this way is much better and also shows the picture too...

Any help will be appreciatied

it works very well

It does work but I want it to so as if I share a link on facebook where it says posted by buysellandswap and have a link to my site rather than twitter as above
