The strange is that in my local server Wampp, the link works well, but in server dont work and change to %5C

Wamp.. now it is making a little sense.
Wamp means that you installed OSC in Windows and maybe the "%5C" is the replacement for the "\" backslashes.

I would try to check config.php htaccess and so on for any "\" that ought to be "/" instead

With update to 2.3.6 params.php don't include this modify and problem is returned

The way I solved it with an older file params.php and has been changed to work.
Back up front, and replace your own look!

Delete the txt from the end of the name

I have installed the osclass 2.4 but my site still had the %5 problem and  formating is also not working cant change the color of text etc please help
