Bug in Manage Media

Clicking on items manage media program show first 10 images if i click on next page it don't show others images that are present in website it say Showing 1 to 10 of 40 entries  but clicking on next it say No matching records found

Same thing is happening in 2.3.6

Select manage media from items, datatables populates the first 10, clicking next or any numbers in pagination results in "no matching records found" but "showing x of x" is working as expected.
