Error: Database upgrade to OS Class 2.3.5

I'm upgrading from OS Class 2.3.3 to OS Class 2.3.5.  I tried to upgrade automatically through the admin but it gave me an error of "unzip failed".

I have manually upgraded, but when I ran upgrade-funcs.php, there were many queries that apparently failed.  See attachment. 

Double checking the queries in my actual database, I have noticed that the queries changing or altering columns seemed to have been successful (despite the errors listed) though all queries adding columns failed.

Any ideas...?

Hi asting989.

I could not see your attached file (we lost some information), but re-run upgrade-funcs.php and LOOK carefully because at the end of all error, there should be a button to CONTINUE the process, that should work and fix your problem.

I think that the queries about adding columns failed because the new fields are already on the database/tables.

I did continue with the install and it said it was successful but I still get a notification in the Admin portal reminding me to upgrade...
