Hi,

If the plugin has a language file already (.mo and .po file), you can edit them, like this: http://wiki.osclass.org/Translating_and_editing_language_files_%28.po_and_.mo%29

Otherwise, you can create your own translation as explained here: http://betterwp.net/wordpress-tips/create-pot-file-using-poedit/
Some helpful OSClass pages and customizations I've worked on... http://doc.osclass.org/User:Jesse
Please, no questions via email. Ask them on the forum.

I would presume that once translated by modifying the .po file, everything will be in translated language.  Is there a way to have both languages being displayed at the same time, example, English (translated language in parentheses)?

I've learned that you can just put both English and the translated language (in my case, Chinese) in the 3rd pane in POEDIT, referenced here, http://wiki.osclass.org/Translating_and_editing_language_files_%28.po_and_.mo%29, to get it both language together.

On a slightly different subject, I've tried to search for the Chinese characters in the item name, but search does not yield any results.  Am I hallucinating?
