Paypal plugin Problem

Hi to all, i have a problem with this plugin, i have set premium days: 10, but after 10 days, item remain premium,as i resolve this problem?

Please contact your service provider and give information about this problem. Give more detail about how you used premium account. Check all rules of plugin. I seen that lots of software products replace instantly after give proper reason of plugin.
However not all of us are aware that paypal plugin are used to get information regarding promotional code.
