User Levels and / or user post max and image upload max. Membership plugin

I would like to suggest a plugin or feature where you can add user levels such as
1. free user
2. paying user
3. business user
etc.

Also a plugin or feature where you can set the max amount of posts a user can post such as
1. free user 10 posts per 30 days and 4 images per post

or

2. paying user 30 posts per 30 days and 6 images per post
etc.

Is there a plugin already for this?
Is there a plugin where you can charge users for premium membership etc?

try the moore edit plugin, it allows you to limit the amount of posts a user can do.
