Permanent Phone No field in Post Item page

i am using twitter 1.2 with 2.3.5 every thing is working well, i want to add Phone # field with "Publish new item" form, can some one help me in this regards, i dont want to use "custom field"  bcoz i want to save Phone # with user details, i check this issue in forum lot of people asking for this but i think no solution yet.

i try to change other filed name to Phone # but that not work in twitter theme, is there any solution.

I don't know about   twitter theme, I'm using modern Theme
