Just to clear things up for everyone as we are getting a lot of emails about this..

All premium themes which are ready made are available here http://www.bilekas.com/themes

This page also includes all the demonstrations and pricing!

Hope this resolves some issues! We might do a rehash of the Bilekas Store front soon to make navigation easier!

It is based on the Twitter bootstrap theme and this free web template designed by Templatemonster.com

Hi, bilekas,   I am not sure how you are obtaining these templates but please don't be just copying them and integrate them into OSClass, If you are looking create a theme for OSClass either get permission from the web designer who developed it or use a toolkit like Twitter Bootstrap and develop one from that.

I have seen that most of the themes that you have created for OSClass have been Rips of websites which is a form of copy infringement and there are consequences for it so please make sure you have the right to use the material.

Hello Design boss, themes which have been developed have been requested by visitors and customers, all material used in these themes has been checked as not to infringe on copyright material.

I agree with you that it would be a lot nicer to work with a new toolkit from scratch, however when customers are requesting certain themes and designs, its difficult to say no.

The theme that has been listed above in relation to Autos was outsourced by us to have a design for Car classifieds, we know there are elements of the twitter bootstrap used, its an exceptional piece of work, and with changes such as were made it can of course be improved.

I would be very interested in talking with you if you are a developer. As i have mentioned many times in this forum, we are always desperate for designers and developers so as so avoid having to outsource and run into these problems.

Thank you again for pointing out this theme issue.

Hi,

There is a difference between creating a similar design and then just copying the web page from sites like http://www.subito.it/ and olx.com.

This is a huge slap in the face to the actual creators of these templates that spent hours on end creating them and all you or your "team" is doing is ripping them from the web HTML/CSS + Javascript and integrating them to work with OSClass quickly to make a quick buck.

I am not here to criticize you but its not right to be doing this.

I am also impressed, and while i agree with you on certain issues its simply a case of supply and demand, we have never claimed to be 100% original ideas, thi shas been tried before by other companies within osclass and it has failed, we supply a customer with what they request, we always make sure no copyright infringment has gone one. Especially when there is another website involved.

I agree with you it may be a slap in the face for designers of OLX and subito, but we make them as different as possible as to avoid issues. Unfortunately, the customer gets what they want.

That said of course we do have a lot of unique designs also which are from scratch, however because of the prices the client is facing, they are often reluctant to allow resale. So while it can be said we are not a true to form design company, i.e: we have unique and original designs. We do offer what the client want and thus we are a development company. Sadly its what the customer wants which is where we need to make our revenue.

I take everything on board and I take my hat off to you, you have already pointed out 1 area which could have been a huge problem for us and im indebted to you.

@bilekas,

Well I am glad you agree with some of the points I made, I am not trying to give you a hard time I was just pointing out something that can lead to a huge headache for you in the long run.

So basically, if a person wanted a nike shirt but couldn't afford to buy it, you would start printing the nike logo onto tshirts and start selling them cheap? Your ethics are questionable.. That is all.

hmmm... i'ven been reading some feedbacks from this guy, bilekas.

well...  i think coders who offer their services here at osclass forum, should have a feedback page.
