Warning about Bilekas

Sent several emails to bilekas about a customization of a theme but I haven't got any answers..
Had troubles with them before when I bought a theme from them that was NOT FINISHED but It got solved by threatening to reporting them to the National Board for Consumer Complaints by breaking the law on delivering a broken/unfinished service/product. (man, you gotta love your country!) I was really close to send in the papers as I already had filled in the whole paper when I got an email from them.. (after several emails about sending in the papers).. They promised that they would help me and they would be available almost everyday as I got A***'s personal Gmail. I currently see that his online on Gtalk but doesn't respond.

They have always giving me some lame excuses about an employed have f*cked up or something..

So I'm asking, WHY DON'T BILEKAS CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS? AND THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL.

Maybe I should report them to the Irish government for scam?

I HOPE YOU SEE THIS BILEKAS!!

oh boy... thanks for sharing your experiences with this guy...

i was about to contact this guy for a theme customization... but thanks to you, i've found out how this guy treats his clients.

is this guy an indian national?

i also want to share my experiences with freelancing sites. im a member of almost all existing freelancing site in the internet. and im always encountering an Indian National bidding on my several projects. and you know what, i find them with almost having a negative feedbacks on their profile.

im not telling that all of them are like that, but that is what i always see.

I'm pretty sure his not Indian. And I know how it's when posting on freelance sites, always Indian or Chinese, that just sucks!

Tim Bilekas? I have never emailed with him.. some guy called Adam (will no write full name) had contact with me.
