Author Topic: Ads are blocked if payment not completed with Ultimate Payments  (Read 40 times)

I have the Ultimate Payments plugin

When a customer completes the payment everything is Ok.

Whenever a customer does not complete the payment (possibly because payment info like credit card is not readily available) the advertisement is blocked and the customer cannot access the ad he made on his dashboard to complete the payment. He has to enter it all over again.

I have to manually unblock it so that it appears on the customers item list \ dashboard.

Is there any way to correct this issue ?

At least to have the ads "inactive" only instead of "blocked".
